2006 is Almost Here

Did you survive the holiday rush? Did you get the chance to try out any of Daphne's cooking and baking tips? I was able to use her magical frosting for my cookies for the MOPS cookie exchange and I baked her Molten Chocolate Tunnel Cake for a birthday. Now I need to make sure I'm at our first MOPS meeting of 2006. January 10th, we'll be hearing from Jackie, the owner of World's Gym here in town. She'll be sharing practical fitness tips. Tips that will hopefully work for unmotivated and busy moms (maybe you know one?!?...maybe you ARE one?) After some of those Christmas goodies, I will be taking notes for sure! Here, as a bonus are my two favorite photos of my kids from this Christmas. Giving gifts to my children was so fun. It's a reminder to me of the greatest gift God gave to us--His Son!

MOPS meetings...

Childcare is provided for birth to 5 years old by our happy workers and they look forward to attending to your children so you can have a break. Learn and laugh with other moms with young kids.

Returning moms: the meeting cost is $2. If you are new to MOPS, worried about what to expect, please come and let us welcome you -- your first meeting is free! A one-time fee of $23.95 pays for the MOPs International membership and includes a subscription to MOMsense magazine, weekly emails, and a book.

MOPS is the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, from September to May.
