Thursday Night a few of the MOPS Steering Team decorated our float for the Summerfest Parade! Jill and Mitch muscled the hay bales and fences into place. Then Jill, Kelleigh, Jacqui and I (Kelsey) finished the decorating touches. It's pretty simple, but looks really nice and colorful.
If you're going to help with the parade come to Washington Street at 10:30 am on Saturday and we'll get your kids and bikes covered with streamers! There will be room on the float for a few kids and mommies, but we want most of the MOPS families walking, biking, wagoning....we want to be a colorful friendly bunch! Remember, we want to pass out flyers to everyone that looks 'mommy age'--we want every mom in Dallas to know she's welcome at MOPS!
